As a UX designer, you work with various product development teams and are often involved in the entire product development process. You handle the collection analysis, and compilation of requirements and feedback from product management and customers, conduct user interviews, workshops, and observations, and participate in discussions with internal support and marketing.
You may also create design proposals in the form of wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability tests. Collaboration across the company is common, including product owners, requirements analysts, architects, developers and other UX designers, along with some client interaction.
Clients often request proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, Invision and Framer, as well as Trello, Miro, Jira and Slack.
