How it works

Planning your career with Worko is easy. We’ve already helped thousands of candidates figure out their preferences and guided them in taking the next steps in their career. We’re here for you and your unique situation, and strive to help you further your career.

1. You tell us about yourself

First, you fill out a form with your information. You get your own contact card in our data base, and we keep in touch with you via email. You will find long term career advice, tips & tricks, and other fun and educating stuff on our website, while your date of availability comes closer. 

2. We look for a match

While you focus on your current projects, we look for your next opportunity and match it to your timing and your preferences. When we find a potential fit, we’ll schedule a meeting with you to get to know you on a more personal level. This way, we’ll make sure we find the best fit for you.

3. We present an opportunity

When we’ve found a great fit, we will present the opportunity to you. If you think it sounds interesting, we’ll put you in contact with the company in question, who will conduct their own interviews with you. What happens next is up to you and the potential new employer, but we’ll still be here to help!
