When we provide the Service,\u202fit is necessary to process personal data about the Candidates. Worko is the controller and therefore responsible for the processing of the Candidates\u2019 personal data. We collect personal data about Candidates directly from the Candidate. We also collect personal data about Candidates from third parties, such as Facebook,\u202f<\/span>LinkedIn<\/span>\u202fand other sources. Matching our Customers with the best Candidates is a crucial part of our business, and it is in the interest of the Candidates to be presented with the best job opportunities and receiving assistance in long-term career planning. The personal data processed by <\/span>Worko<\/span> will be stored for 12 months, <\/span>provided that<\/span> we do not receive\u202fconsent\u202ffrom you. In case of\u202fconsent,\u202fwe will save the data for\u202f36\u202fmonths\u202fand\u202fallow you to opt-out every 12 months.\u202fWe will only process\u202fpersonal\u202fdata as long as necessary with regards to the purpose\u202f<\/span>stated<\/span>\u202fabove.
