As a Site Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive and lead the daily operations of projects, ensuring their development and compliance with building safety regulations. You supervise construction workers and subcontractors, train them on site safety practices, and evaluate employee performance. This role is certainly varied, but it also comes with its challenges.<\/p>

Some of the qualities and qualifications you are likely to possess include extensive experience in the industry, a background as a project manager or site manager with operational leadership and formal staff responsibility. You have a personal and attentive leadership style. Collaboration, active listening, and building and maintaining trust with others are second nature to you. You need to be able to work independently, show initiative, and understand the importance of fostering long-term relationships with clients. You also have knowledge in finance, operations, project management, and client communication.<\/p>

The job often encompasses all or significant parts of the construction process.
